Based on the Act Concerning the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will "Publish" the following matters.

1. Purpose of using personal information and provision of personal information to third parties

When customers provide the Company with their personal information in writing, by email, or on the Company website, the Company will always indicate the purpose of use each time. When the Company collects personal information directly or indirectly in other methods, the Company will handle such personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the following purpose of use. When the Company notifies or announces the purpose of use individually, such personal information will be used in accordance with such purpose.

(2) Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company will not provide personal information of a customer to a third party without prior consent of the customer, except when it falls under each of the following items.

1) When disclosure or provision is required by laws, regulations, and the like.
2) In cases where disclosure is necessary for the protection of one’s life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
3) In cases where it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
4) In cases where it is necessary for the Company to cooperate with government agencies or local governments or those entrusted thereby in performing clerical work prescribed by laws and regulations, and there is a risk of interfering with such clerical work by obtaining the consent of the customer.
5) In cases where all or part of personal information is disclosed or provided to a third party (cooperating companies, affiliated companies and outsourcing companies etc.) to the extent necessary for them to achieve the purpose of use listed above.

　2) Enclose a document for identity verification and mail it to the following address by "Simple registered mail". (Postage to be borne by the requester)
