1953 January Founded as a joint-stock corporation with a capital of 250,000 yen at 2-11, Edobashi, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
1954 August Started sales of vacuum tubes for communication technology on behalf of NEC
1957 February Signed exclusive distributor special contract with NEC
1959 February The capital was increased to 750,000 yen.
April Signed dealership contract with Nitsuko Corporation (currently NEC Infrontia Corporation and Nitsuko Electronics Corporation)
1960 February The capital was increased to 2,000,000 yen.
1961 March The capital was increased to 5,000,000 yen.
April Established the Hiroshima district office (currently the Hiroshima branch) in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima.
October New building of the headquarters was completed. The headquarters moved to 55 Mita, Meguro-ku, Tokyo (currently 1-1-5 Meguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo).
1962 April The capital was increased to 15,000,000 yen.
November Established the Hino district office (currently the Hino branch) in Minamitama district (currently Hino City), Tokyo
Established the Utsunomiya district office (currently the Utsunomiya branch) in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi.
1963 August Signed dealership contract with Tokyo Denkikagaku Kogyo K.K. (currently TDK Corporation)
1965 April Established the Saitama branch office (currently the Saitama branch) in Yono City (currently Urawa City), Saitama.
Established the Matsumoto branch office (currently the Matsumoto branch) in Matsumoto City, Nagano.
1967 January Established the Kanagawa branch office (currently the Kanagawa branch) in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa.
September Signed dealership contract with Toyo Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.
October The capital was increased to 20,000,000 yen.
1968 May Established the Ueda district office (currently the Ueda branch) in Ueda City, Nagano.
1969 June Established the Yamagata branch office in Yamagata City, Yamagata.
July The capital was increased to 25,000,000 yen.
The new building of the Utsunomiya branch office (currently the Utsunomiya branch) was completed.
1970 October Established the Nagoya branch office (currently the Nagoya branch) in Nagoya City, Aichi.
The capital was increased to 30,000,000 yen.
1971 March A new annex was completed at 2-10-40 Mita, Meguro-ku, Tokyo, for a business center (currently our technology center).
Established the Hamamatsu branch office (currently the Hamamatsu branch) in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka.
July Established the Kamisuwa branch office (currently the Matsumoto branch, Second Sales Department) in Suwa City, Nagano.
Signed dealer contract with Japan Servo Co., Ltd.
1972 June Established the Osaka branch office (currently the Osaka branch) in Osaka City, Osaka.
October The capital was increased to 40,000,000 yen.
November Signed distributorship contract with Showa-Molex (currently Molex Japan Co. Ltd.)
1973 June Established the Honjyo branch office (currently the Saitama branch) in Honjyo City, Saitama.
August Signed agency contract with DDK Ltd.
October The capital was increased to 50,000,000 yen.
1974 April Established the Koriyama branch office (currently the Sendai branch) in Koriyama City, Fukushima.
1975 June Established the Fukuyama representative office (currently the Fukuyama branch office) in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima.
October The capital was increased to 60,000,000 yen.
1976 October The capital was increased to 75,000,000 yen.
1977 March The capital was increased to 100,000,000 yen.
June Established A-Z Shinko (PTE) Ltd. (currently Shinko (PTE) Ltd.) in Singapore
1978 October The capital was increased to 120,000,000 yen.
November Established the Tsuchiura branch office (currently the Tsuchiura branch) in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki.
December Established Sunshine Hong Kong Electronics Ltd. in Hong Kong (corporate joint venture of three companies, with Mikasa Shoji Co., Ltd. and Numata Doryoku Shojisha, KK. (currently Numata Corporation)
1979 June Established Novalux Taiwan Electronics Ltd. in China
July A new building for the distribution center of the headquarters was completed at 1-1-3, Meguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo.
October The capital was increased to 150,000,000 yen.
