2005 March   Established NOVALUX SHANGHAI ELECTRONICS LTD.,a subsidiary of NOVALUX H.K.ELECTRONICS LTD.,in China
2006 August   Moved the Yokohama distribution center to Kawasaki City, Kanagawa and changed the name to the Kawasaki distribution center.
2007 January   The headquarters moved to Osaki,Shinagawa-ku,Tokyo
April Acquired NT Sales Co,Ltd,51% shares of making it a consolidated subsidiary.

October   Established NOVALUX THAILAND CO., LTD. a subsidiary of  SHINKO (PTE)LTD., in Thailand
